    Yes, you’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched.

  1. Where do the clothes come from?
    Our products are sourced from curated African fashion brands across Botswana, South Africa, Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, and more.

  2. Are your products handmade or factory-made?
    Many of our items are handcrafted or ethically made by small to mid-sized African designers. Product descriptions highlight this where applicable.

  3. Do you sell authentic African brands?
    Yes. Fusion Attire works directly with verified African fashion labels. We do not list third-party resellers.

Returns & Exchanges

  1. What is your return policy?
    You can return eligible items within 7 days of receiving them if they’re unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging and meet our returns policy guidelines.

  2. How do I request a refund or exchange?
    Email us at admin@fusionattire.store with your order number and reason. Our team will guide you through the return process.

  1. What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit/debit cards.

  2. Is it safe to shop on your site?
    Yes, Fusion Attire uses encrypted payment gateways through DPO Payment Gateway. So be rest assured your payment and personal information is fully secured.

International Orders

    Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping fees apply based on your country.

  2. Will I pay customs fees or import duties?
    Some countries charge import taxes upon delivery. These are not included in our prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.

  1. I’m a fashion brand. How can I join Fusion Attire?
    Visit our “Become a Partner” page to apply. We’re always looking for emerging and established African designers to join our platform.

  2. Do I need to ship my products to you?
    No. Our model allows brands to fulfill orders directly while Fusion Attire handles marketing, customer service, and logistics coordination.

Order Issues

  1. I received the wrong or damaged item. What should I do?
    We’re sorry! Contact us immediately at admin@fusionattire.store with a photo of the item and your order number, and we’ll resolve it quickly.

  2. My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
    Sometimes carriers mark deliveries early. Wait 24 hours, then contact us if it’s still missing. We’ll investigate with the courier.

Account & Privacy

  1. Do I need an account to order?
    No. You can check out as a guest, but creating an account helps you track orders and manage preferences.
