Return & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident in every Fusion Attire purchase. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, we’ll do our best to make it right within the guidelines below.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging, with all tags attached.
- Items must not show signs of wear, stains, odors, or damage.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Intimate apparel (e.g. bodysuits, undergarments)
- Earrings or pierced jewelry
- Items marked "Final Sale" or "Made to Order"
- Gift cards or vouchers
Return Process
1. Email admin@fusionattire.store with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Photo of Item(s) you'd like to return
- Reason for return
2. We will reply within 2 business days to confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
3. You must ship the item back to us within 5 days after we send return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
- Domestic (Botswana): Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- International: Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Customs fees, if any, are also the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend using a trackable courier service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds may exclude original shipping charges unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
- We reserve the right to issue partial refunds for items that are not in original condition.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at admin@fusionattire.store within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging
- Description of the issue
We will cover the cost of replacement or refund in such cases.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order and request a return for the original.
Important Notes
- Refunds will not be issued for returned items that do not meet the above conditions.
- Fusion Attire reserves the right to reject returns or impose restocking fees in cases of suspected abuse or policy violation.
